Credits 2. 1 Lecture Hour. 2 Lab Hours. An overview of the knowledge, skills, and expectations associated with being a competent personal trainer or fitness professional; fundamentals in addressing an individual’s health, medical and fitness status, along with comprehending fitness concepts including nutrition, bioenergetics, biomechanics and applied anatomy. Prerequisite: Grade of C or better in KINE 215/CTSE 215 .
