Credits 3. 3 Lecture Hours. Examine and appreciate movement as expressed by every culture, recognizing that movement is shaped by practical and artistic contexts. Through application, examine how dance is used to advance personal and social expression through design, patterning, connoted meaning and interconnected form. Dance is analyzed through multiple activities, including attending and critiquing a live dance performance, to enhance perspective, experience and appreciation of dance movement.
