Focus on how the law regulates risks among corporations and their supply chain partners and IT vendors; deep analysis of contract types, negotiation, governance, and dispute resolution; review of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, ESG reporting, and data privacy. Prerequisite: Admission to upper division in Mays Business School.
