Catalog description

Credits 3. 3 Lecture Hours. This course examines the relationship of cyber-based technologies and national security, focusing on the disruptive aspects of new technologies. It discusses strategies to analyze policy, norms, law and global governance frameworks relevant at the intersection of cyberspace and national security. Students practice developing policy responses to national security challenges related to cyberspace through crafting and presenting recommendation memos and participating in tabletop exercises. Prerequisites: Graduate classification; INTA 712 recommended.
