Strategies and techniques for teaching English language learners; curriculum design and material development, instruction of English language learners, content area instruction, and language assessment instruments; a historical perspective of the education of English language learners in United States’ schools. Prerequisite: Grade of C or better in INST 362 or approval of instructor.
