Rootstocks, cultivars, identification, site selection, pollination, pruning, fruit thinning, dormancy, orchard culture management, irrigation, pest control, harvesting and post harvest physiology of temperate fruit and nut species. Prerequisite: Grade of C or better in HORT 201 .
