Impact of ethnicity, gender, sexuality, age, socioeconomic factors, and disability on the preferences and experiences of people in the United States; implications of diversity on hospitality, hotel, and tourism, programs; topics include issues of inclusion, equity, marginalization and oppression, concepts of social justice, and strategies for serving global communities and diverse populations. Prerequisite: Junior or senior classification.
