Introduction to skills needed to successfully develop proposals for funding in fields related to healthcare and social services; focuses on best methods used by community-based organizations to develop public and private funding applications, develop and maintain relationships with the funding agency and assess organizational implications of applying for and managing grants. Prerequisite: Approval of instructor.
