Primary and secondary mortgage markets; mortgage markets' institutional organization, alternative mortgage instruments, creative financing techniques, loan underwriting factors and risk hedging strategies. Classification 6 students may not enroll in this course. Prerequisites: FINC 612 or FINC 635 ; FINC 670 .
