Overview of energy-related international law policies and practices, including detailed case studies and discussions of legal frameworks for trade and investment in the energy sector, as well as rules governing energy development, the climate, and the environment; corporate responsibility and human rights consequences of energy activities. Prerequisites: Graduate classification; ENGY majors.
