Credits 3. 3 Lecture Hours. Comprehensive introduction to theory, method, and practice of graduate scholarship in English; develops familiarity with goals and practices of English studies, enhance research skills, formulate and articulate scholarship goals and projects, and practice writing genres within the field. Prerequisite: Enrollment as a first-year PhD student.
