Focus on analysis of textual styles from a rhetorical perspective; impact of culture and contexts on style; practice in analysis and/or imitation of thematically chosen texts. Instructors teaching this class will choose texts, assessments and approaches that represent current scholarship and satisfy course learning objectives. Prerequisite: Junior or senior classification.
