Credits 3. 3 Lecture Hours. Literature in English from 1945 to the present with attention to form and representation, thematic concerns and cultural implications. Students will develop their skills in close reading and literary scholarship. Instructors teaching this class will choose texts, assessments and approaches that represent current scholarship and satisfy course learning objectives. Prerequisite: Junior or senior classification.
