Credits 3. 3 Lecture Hours. Period course studying literature written in English created during the “long” 18th century (1660-1820) with attention given to its cultural contexts. Instructors teaching this class will choose texts, assessments and approaches that represent current scholarship and satisfy course learning objectives. Prerequisite: 3 credits of literature at 200-level or above.
