Credits 3. 3 Lecture Hours. Introduction to methodology, scope and practice of literature and medicine studies; analysis of literature and/or other texts dealing with health and illness; engagement with different disciplinary perspectives as a tool for critical thinking. Instructors teaching this class will choose texts, assessments and approaches that represent current scholarship and satisfy course learning objectives.
