Survey of the set of systematic and planned activities designed by an organization to provide its employees with the necessary skills to meet current and future job demands including learning and human resource development needs assessments, task analysis, designing, implementing and evaluating training programs, career development, organization development. Prerequisite: Doctoral classification only.
