Introduction to personal, academic and leadership identities; overview of highly effective strategies that increase the likelihood for success in academics and extracurricular activities; challenges to reflect and assess oneself academically and personally. Must be taken on a satisfactory/unsatisfactory basis. Prerequisite: EHRD 101 or approval of instructor.
