Thin film technology in semiconductor industry; topics include the basic growth mechanisms for thin films (growth models, lattice matching epitaxy and domain matching epitaxy), the instrumental aspects of different growth techniques and advanced topics related to various applications. Prerequisites: Graduate classification.
