Thin film fundamentals, processing and industrial applications; topics include crystal structures in thin films, deposition techniques, thin film characterizations and several advanced topics related to electrical and optical devices; lab or tour sessions provided to promote teaching and learning. Prerequisite: Grade of C or better in ECEN 370 ; junior or senior classification.
