Characteristics of transportation engineering systems; transportation engineering data collection; modeling effects of engineering project planning, trip generation, trip distribution, mode choice and traffic assignment; use and interpretation of engineering modeling results; engineering project analysis. Prerequisite: CVEN 307 ; graduate classification in engineering or urban and regional planning or approval of instructor.
