Facilities Management Internship

Credits 3. 3 Lecture Hours. An internship (10 weeks, 400 hours) at the site of any facility type that exposes the student to the variety of tools, materials, equipment, systems, processes, peer service groups, contracted service partners and clients that are required to make the built environment safe, attractive, functional and efficient. Prerequisites: COSC 214 and approval of internship faculty coordinator; successful completion of an OSHA 10 for Construction training course.
