Exploration of a significant topic, work, issue, event or period in Greek or Roman literature, culture or history; use of ancient source materials connected with the field of the seminar; problems of bibliography, historiography and historical method; emphasis on development of research and writing skills in classical studies and history. Prerequisites: Junior or senior classification or approval of instructor.
