Support course for TSI-liable students enrolled in an entry level for-credit ENGL, HIST, POLS, or PBSI course as part of the Texas Success Initiative mandate; designed to follow the stated syllabus of the given ENGL, HIST, POLS, or PBSI course; fundamental support for at-risk reading and writing students to enhance the likelihood of success. May not be used for credit toward a degree. Prerequisite: Concurrent enrollment in entry-level ENGL, HIST, POLS, or PBSI course; also taught at Galveston and Qatar campuses.
