Examination of the role of AI in the visual arts; exploration of AI technologies including diffusion models, generative algorithms, machine learning; analyzes the impact of AI on creativity, workflow, authorship, and artistic expression. Prerequisites: PVFA 201 ; PVFA 301 or concurrent enrollment; junior or senior classification or approval of instructor.
