Major principles for profitable and sustainable dairy production for a commercial dairy operation; provides hands-on experiences in dairy cattle management; develops critical thinking skills to make dairy cattle management decisions. Prerequisite: Grade of C or better in ANSC 305 , ANSC 307 , ANSC 318 and ANSC 333 ; junior or senior classification or approval of instructor.
