Development of knowledge and skills to successfully write grant proposals and design program evaluation plans for youth development organizations; appropriate funding opportunities and considerations; grant guidelines; budget, timeline, and personnel; program evaluation plan development; evaluating grant proposals. Prerequisites: Grade of C or better in ALEC 370 or RPTS 370; or approval of instructor; junior or senior classification.
