Valuation of agricultural and rural real estate drawn from the fundamental appraisal theories, principles, practices, and factors used by the appraisal profession; includes the valuation process with an emphasis on rural properties and techniques, valuation methodologies, and real-world case studies. Prerequisites: AGEC 105 or equivalent; AGEC 330 or equivalent.
