Catalog description

This course introduces early childhood pre-service teachers to foundational technology concepts, skills, and resources that support early childhood development and learning. Aligned with the International Society for Technology in Education (ISTE) Standards and Texas Application for Technology (TeXes) Standards, the course covers evaluating digital resources, teaching digital citizenship, integrating technology into curriculum design, and exploring professional development resources for continuous growth in technology integration. Additionally, it introduces data interpretation and visualization skills, enabling pre-service teachers to analyze and present student learning data effectively.
