This course focuses on observation, shadowing, and working to solve problems with a school administrator under the guidance of a university professor. Students will be required to complete a forty-five (45) hour practicum experience while enrolled in this course. Assignments include the implementation of techniques and styles of administrative behavior in a school setting.
