Catalog description

This course seeks to help students develop knowledge, skills, and dispositions necessary to perform the duties of the principal with regard to school-site administration. The emphasis of the course will focus on performance-based activities and assessments through which students develop an understanding of the ways in which the principal contributes to the school culture and advances the school's educational mission and purposes. This course requires 25 completed field experience hours.
