Organizational theories are examined. The course focuses on organizational leadership, problem solving, and decision-making techniques, their characteristics, and their applications. Must be taken within the first semester of enrollment in the program. In this course, students will be required to begin 160 field-based experience hours needing completion while enrolled in this program. This course requires 25 completed field experience hours.
