Homeland security is a comprehensive framework designed to safeguard the United States from a variety of threats, such as terrorism, cyberattacks, transnational organized crime, and illegal immigration. This course comprehensively reviews these threats, concentrating on the methods and policies employed by multiple agencies under the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). Special attention is given to these agencies’ collaboration with state, local, and international partners.
