Catalog description

This course is designed to introduce students to events of multiple homicide or serial murder. It will cover cases, investigations, and trends of serial murder in the United States. More specifically, this course will discuss what serial murder is and how it differs from homicide, quantification, specific cases, investigations, forensics, the role of media, and the demographics of victims and offenders.
