Must be a major in: SOC; SOC/CJ or SOC/SW. Non-majors by permission from instructor. This course provides an in-depth analysis on women's involvement in both crime enforcement, and crime perpetration. The course examines how societal gender norms and concepts such as "femininity" impact women as law enforcers, perpetrators, and victims of crime.
