This course introduces project planning the management and scheduling aspect for industry leaders. The content will focus on foundational principles of project management and on creating a project plan. Involved in this plan will be defining the scope and goals of a project, breaking it down into manageable tasks, estimating timeframes for each task, and creating a timeline to ensure the project is completed on time, with key elements including identifying project objectives, building a work breakdown structure, assigning resources, determining dependencies between tasks, and visualizing the schedule using tools.
