Rescue Diver

Catalog description

This course is designed for the advanced diver to develop the knowledge base and necessary skill set to effectively perform diver rescues as well as assist in and administer necessary first aid in the event of an emergency. Skills such as how to perform selfrescues, buddy rescues, recognize and calm potential panic divers, administer proper first aid to divers that have experienced dive related injuries, conduct effective search patterns and manage accident scenes are included. Rescue Diver Certification is available at the conclusion of this course.
