Community Health Worker

Catalog description

This course will focus on community health improvement by engaging and enhancing the ability of students to impact their population of focus through motivational interviewing to change health behaviors. The student leaders will also seek to understand current public health issues impacting the community and leverage community assets to combat misinformation.
