Practicum in Music Education

Catalog description

This course is designed to give music education candidates practicum experience at several hand-picked schools. The instructor of record will coordinate 3 different practicum experiences (K-5, middle school, and high school) during the fall semester of their senior year. This course gives students supervised work experiences in public schools, translating theories they learned in music education courses into practical application. A minimum grade of B is required to meet degree requirements.
