Prerequisite: MKT 3400. This course provides a comprehensive interdisciplinary framework of consumer behavior concepts and the processes they use to choose, use (consume), and dispose of products and services, including consumers' emotional, mental, and behavioral responses. Enables students to apply what is learned to market analysis, product/service design, marketing strategy, and control of marketing programs. Enrollment in Junior- and Senior-level FIN courses requires Junior Standing.
