Machine Learning in ME

Catalog description

Prerequisite: ME 3050. This course will provide an overview of machine learning theory and cover specific applications for embedded systems. Machine learning provides a core set of tools to process data to perform decision-making and is thus a core tool for engineering. Applications of machine learning in mechanical engineering, span manufacturing, robotics, HVAC, control, etc., will be the focus of this course.
