Catalog description

Prerequisites: Major in Exercise Science with concentration in Sport Performance or permission of the instructor. An introduction to the critical questions that explore relationships between the performance coach, medical staff, sport coach, and athletes. Current sport-related controversies regarding coaching philosophies, values, and ethics are examined to enhance communication and decision making in sport and athletic performance settings.
