Leadership on Location

Catalog description

Students enrolled in this course will discover techniques to develop new leaders and motivate staff, the process to provide excellent customer service and to develop team collaboration, and methods to infuse low-cost- high-impact practices into daily operations. The course will feature hands-on experiences during a trip on location to innovative corporations, focusing on how these corporations deploy marketing, effective communication, and critical thinking.
