Catalog description

Prerequisite: Minimum grade of C in ENGL 1010; ENGR 1110 or ENGR 1210 or consent of instructor. Introduction to engineering communication in professional and technical contexts. Emphasis on writing technical and professional documents, such as memos, emails, reports, and poster presentations; giving oral presentations; working on teams; technical editing; engineering drawings and technical illustrations; and adapting technical information for different audiences.
