Catalog description

Prerequisites: CHEM 1110, with a grade of C or better, or MATH ACT score of 27 or higher. CHEM 2910 is designed to introduce undergraduate students to the methods used in conducting research. This course is designed to teach students key skills utilized in a research setting, methods of data analysis, as well as how to disseminate information obtained through research. Upon completion of this course, students will be prepared to work effectively in a chemistry department research lab.
