Prerequisite: CEE 4350 (5350) or CEE 4380 (5380). Ground motion databases; earthquake ground motion correction and filtering; ground motion parameters; elastic and inelastic response spectra for recorded ground motions; design ground motion in ASCE 7, ASCE 43, and AASHTO; ground motion selection and modification for Civil Engineering design.
