Catalog description
Prerequisite: ART 1340, ART 1350, ART 1045, ART 1050 or ART 2330 OR ART 2340 and ART 2810 or permission of instructor. The techniques and aesthetics of metalsmithing; emphasis on manipulation of sheet metal for jewelry and hollowware with studies in casting, non-ferrous forging, chasing, raising and other techniques. May be repeated up to 12 credit hours.
