Catalog description

This required course in the Professional Development (PD) series is designed to advance students’ professional identity, skills, and attitudes and builds upon the self-discovery and small-group discussions from the P1 year. The course emphasizes self-awareness, professionalism, personal responsibility, and wellness as foundations for personal, academic, and career success. Students will engage in structured curricular and co-curricular activities to promote reflection, growth, effective communication, and professional responsibility. Students will document competency through a longitudinal professional portfolio.
