GR This introductory course provides a basic foundation for further coursework in biostatistics. It provides students with a step-by-step, hands-on approach to using data for statistical analysis. This course emphasizes how to ask appropriate research questions and interpret statistical results. Statistical methodology includes a thorough introduction to the meaning of relevant terms, assumptions, statistical computations, and appropriate interpretation of results. Students must be able to read and understand algebraic equations.
