Catalog description

The basic concepts and elementary theories of international politics. Tracing the establishment of the modern nation-state system from 1648, the course examines the early historical development of the discipline, and concepts such as fundamental power relations, nation-state, sovereignty, nationalism, interdependence, and integration are explored in depth. Required of all Political Science majors. Required of all Political Science majors.
