Catalog description

The course utilizes the principles of nursing theory and the public health sciences to guide students in the demonstration of community health-related care. Clinical experiences are focused on health promotion, health maintenance, and disease prevention among population groups. Two (2) clinical credit hours. Six (6) clinical contact hours each week.
